Payment and Order Processing
Your order will not be processed or shipped until confirmation of payment. You will get an email that confirms your order. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing ahead of shipping.
Shipping
We ship USPS and UPS with tracking. Shipping can take up to 5 business days for domestic shipping. You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will include tracking.
We currently do not offer international shipping, but if you are an international shopper we know that some people have had success with Stackry. We are not responsible for any fees you acquire if you choose to go this route.
We are not responsible for items that are stuck in transit. Please reach out to your local post office to check on the package or go to the shipper's website to file a claim which tends to get the package moving along.
Address Change
Please contact us as soon as possible with address changes to see what we can do. We may have to cancel the order and have you reorder your item with the correct address. Once an order has shipped we can not change the address and we are not responsible for any order that has shipped to the wrong address that was provided by the customer.
Refunds
Please reach out to us at info@thebubblybookshelf.com if you are not happy with your product for whatever reason. While we do not provide refunds at this time, we want to make sure you’re happy with your order and will work with you to provide a solution that best fits everyone. Refunds must be authorized within 30 days of delivery date. We do not cover return shipping. The item(s) must be sent back in the same quality it was received. Additionally, we do not provide exchanges at this time either.
Damaged/Lost or Stolen Items
Because of the nature of glass items, it is possible for them to be damaged in transit. Please reach out within two days of receiving your item(s) with a picture of the broken item and damaged packaging. We will send a new product out as soon as possible! If we do not have the inventory left then we will find a comparable design or issue a refund.
We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail. The customer is responsible for contacting USPS and filing a lost or stolen claim.
