1. Made-to-Order Process
All of our products are lovingly handcrafted to order. This means each item is custom made just for you, and we don’t carry pre-made stock. As a result, please note that the processing time for orders is typically 2-3 weeks.
We take great pride in creating high-quality products and we want to make sure every detail is perfect. We appreciate your patience during the creation process!
2. Shipping Information
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped to you via the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing before your item is dispatched.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather or carrier delays.
To stay informed about any potential delays in processing or shipping, please check the announcement bar at the top of our shop page for updates.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is created specifically for your order, and as such, cannot be resold or restocked.
However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We’re happy to help and will do everything we can to resolve any issues.
If there is a problem with your item (e.g., damage during shipping, defective product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you further.
4. Cancellations
Since we begin production as soon as you place your order, we are only able to accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is in production and cannot be canceled.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
5. Payment
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase before we begin processing your order.
